Webinars: Looking for a non-subscription service (no free trails either)

Any recommendations for a webinar solution that doesn't require a monthly subscription? I don't think I'd use such a technology on a regular enough basis to justify it. I can't imagine that I'd have more than a handful of attendees, but I'd like to give it a shot. Possible topics: first-time buyer process, Nashville condo basics, Home Inspections - what to expect, etc.

Is anyone using webinars in their own business? I've considered conference calls as alternative, but I think that the screen capture with question & format would be much more useful.

Also, what are the options for recording a webinar for later playback?

On a related topic, if anyone uses live screen video captures to create training/promo videos, I'd love to hear about your process.
