Internet stats/ useage, etc. for real estate

Does anyone know where to find recent (and legitimate) stats regarding internet useage and the real estate industry? I know Pew Internet did a study several years ago, but I'm guessing it's anything but current.

As the market begins to slow down, I'm creating a new website for a client of mine which promotes his CURRENT website. Basically this new website will be strictly for promoting LISTINGS.... why customers should list with him over another agent. It essentially will be outlining the many ways he 'outmarkets' his competition online with his other website.

Getting listings is always the most difficult thing for most realtors... and the one position most covet. So we're attacking it from that angle - showing how he has the edge in a BIG way when it comes to marketing... due to a very successful website.

So, I'm wanting to include some statistics on the site that show that most buyers use the internet in their search (which I know is true, but would like specific, quotable, legit sources).

Thats a good question.. I did spend some time looking and havn't found anything, but that doesn't mena that it is not out there.. You would think that NAR would have it.. Hopefully some in the forum knows
