Snipet and drop down menu

Hi, something funky is going on with our front page listings. The snipets sometimes don't load correctly and they are all spaced out. Also, to see our page with all of our photos and blog, you have to click on "About." Can you add a drop down menu under "About" that says "Meet the Team." Please let me know how many program hours it'll cost to look into this. Thanks!!!

We'll look into that issue with the featured listings. I thought I could fix it - but we'll need to get a designer on it.

As far as the "Meet the Team" link - I've added one how's that?
