Error Message

Hello!

Some of our agents are having trouble with their email from the back end and keep getting this error message:

Thanks, I can get in, but then it locks up when I hit compose and says “error xxx cannot write to memory”.

Any idea of what is going on?

Hi Kim,

Where exactly did you get this error message? I do not know a place where you can "hit compose" in the CMS.... are they sure they are not talking about their email client?
