Puyallup Agent- For your information, Washington will give out brokers licenses to 'new agents'. I believe you have to have 5 letters of reccomendation from local business owners and those in the hierarchy within towns/cities. You are then able to take the associate broker test instead of the real estate agent license test...hope that makes sense. It seems to be a little know loophole...kind of a joke it you ask me.
