Hello!

We have a few more questions...

1. On the saved search page and the IDX search page on our site (http://www.viprealtyinfo.com), we would like to know if it is possible to add in a space for Marketing Remarks...?

2. Regarding messages on the control panel, how are we able to send a message to a lead that is manually entered into the backend that was not registered through the website? When we try to send a message, even though there is an email address entered, it still says error....?

3. Are there any Reports available to our admin to run to track agent's progress, if they are using action plans, etc...?

Yes possible However it will require a work order - Would this be like a keyword search for the remarks? ( we only have "REMARKS" - not specifically the "Marketing Remarks" - not sure if there is a difference.

It should work just the same - do you have an example of one like this we can test? What is the error it shows you?

Currently - no - there is not.

1. For the Marketing Remarks request, this would be a keyword search for any marketing remarks for a particular listing. How much would this be for a work order? Do I need to enter this in on the work order page?

2. For the message question, I have noticed that it is working! Yay!

3. No problem on the Reports request, keep us posted if this becomes available to us.
