Thread: Action Plans

    Default Action Plans

    Hello!

So, I've got a couple of sample action plans created ~ however, how do assign a lead to a particular action plan? Are there supposed to be reminders that pop up reminding the agent to complete a task on the action plan?

Basically, how do I now get the created action plans integrated into our system?

    Thanks!
    Kim

    Hi Kim,

The action plans that you've created can now be assigned to your agents.

Once an action plan is assigned to an agent, any leads that are assigned from that point on will be involved in the agent's action plan.

    For example..

'IDX Registration' action plan has 3 tasks.
Task 1 - Day One: Contact this Lead via Email
Task 2 - Day Two: Follow up via Phone
Task 3 - Day Seven - Follow up Email

'Agent Bob' is assigned this action plan.

You (Super Admin) assign 5 leads to Agent Bob. These leads will now be added to the assigned action plan based on the time that they were assigned to Bob.

So, the above action plan is assigned to Bob on Sept. 1st.
'Lead 1' is assigned to Bob on Sept. 2nd..
'Lead 1' is placed into the action plan and the following tasks are created:

Sept. 2nd - Lead 1 - Day One, Contact this Lead via Email...
Sept. 3rd - Lead 1 - Day Two, Follow up via Phone.
Sept. 8th - Lead 1 - Day Seven, Follow up Email

When 'Agent Bob' is logged in to the lead management system, the action plan tasks will be displayed based on the selected date range.

The tasks in the action plans are things that you want your agents to do for each of their leads.

If desired, agents can edit a lead and exclude them from specific action plans.

Where do I see this in my CMS?
If you are looking for San Diego Real Estate or you want to view San Diego MLS listings (or at least that portion of the data feed that SANDICOR allows us to display on our websites) go to a local San Diego County real estate Agent's Site.

The Action plans are a feature of CMS 2.5 so you won't see it in yours unless you upgrade .... It was released last month ... he is the blog post from it's release.
