Default feedback on new REW template / IDX

hey guys, finishing up this new template and implementing a brand new layout for the IDX (new to core anyways) and wanted to get some feedback on teh basic design layout of the template as well as the search results and details pages (actual search page not yet completed)

Here is the main template (with alternate colors and layout bottom left) http://cir.rewidx.com/

search results http://cir.rewidx.com/idx/search.htm...mum_bathrooms= (note map tab not active yet)

And details page - http://cir.rewidx.com/idx/single-fam...1/details.html (again not complete, but gives you an idea of direction)

I am going to let the cat out of the bag a bit and also explain why we are making this new site - it's the first of (what we hope will be) many templates made available to agents will little to no setup costs and then they can add things ala carte only if they wish (such as snippets, quick search, mapping etc) - but the basic IDX search etc would actually be either free or very low cost as would the template.

We are currently only offering this package a few select brokerages / franchises that are willing to get behind us as their preferred vendor (CIR Realty is one such firm) and if you think your local brokerage has the numbers (50+ agents minimum) the need and the interest, I would love to put them on beta list.

    Thanks for the feedback

Mikey just showed me the polygon map search proof of concept - also quite cool http://cir.rewidx.com/test.php

Looks damn nice for a template setup, my friend.

Should be great for the larger agencies looking to get a "real" web presence for their agents.

i like that the house photos are full-sized and not thumbnails.
perhaps you can place the photos side by side.
i'm seeing the photos on the right side of the screen, with the left side blank.

what's the differ3ence between the basic IDX search and those that i currently have?

    Hey Morgan,

The new template for CIR is looking sharp. In particular I think the search results page is strong and it reminds me of the LEC's. Also the details pages has a nice layout and is easy on the eyes.

I hope these guys (CIR) can appreciate what is about to fall on their lap! Super cost effective and high quality. Why didn't this happen 6 years ago? LOL

    Great Job REW

Carlos, you are with CIR AND REW aren't you? Would you like to showcase default template? I would be happy to comp the hosting and base template etc - I know you already have a site that you are working hard on, but 2 very different sites probably won't hurt ya

    Let me know

    Hey Morgan,

How could I say no to that! For sure I would like to showcase the default template. I'm digging the blue as it is really easy on the eyes but am open to anything. Do I need a new domain? Thanks for everything!

    That's a great looking template!

I like the script for the navigation and the drop downs on the search page.

The layout for the details is actually very nice and I can envision using that as an actual property flyer.

    Well done.

Just so you know - it's totally not finished yet (the photos won't be like that etc)

I have to say that this is really great here, I must admit I'm working on my company's website but you might have a potential customer once this is all done
