Arrow Anyone Using the Community Stats Module?

I'm thinking of buying this for my LEC but I really don't know how it works. Is it a snippet that can be placed anywhere? Is it an abbreviated community page?

I saw the test page at Buddy Blake's site, but I'm not seeing anyone really using this from the site's I've visited so I don't know how it integrates into a live environment.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

Yep - it's a snippet that you place ,... It comes with a backend module that you use to create them - it generates you a snippet - then you can place it onto any page you'd like.

    Check out Gregg's site: http://www.cacoastalhome.com/santa-cruz-real-estate.php

He's implemented it on his community pages .... Where he's got the header "Santa Cruz CA Real Estate" ... down to the header "Santa Cruz Real Estate"

Also check here for description and example:

Thanks Aaron, that's was very helpful. One other quick one, can the stats be show for subdivisions in addition of cities and can you select more than one subdivision for stats purposes? For example, like adding a comma in between them.

Yep - It would require a little bit ( 1hr or less ) of custom programming - but sure we can do it.

Aaron.. I have that module under my tools (from being a beta 2.5 tester) and i will no allow me to create new snippets.. it keeps coming up with an error... Morgan created the orginal one for Wilmington and the ADD community dont work... ALSO, what would it cost to have this avaialble to use on the subdivision level vs just the city?

To clarify this a bit more. The ideal solution would be a text box where I could enter the wildcard subdivision name in city name and also be able to enter 2 or 3 different subdivision wildcard names located in city name.

I doubt that's how it works though. It didn't seem like it based on the screenshots.

While we are at it, any chance this thing could be upgraded to display more than 3 pictures? It could have some sort of a slider like the display pages of the LEC 3.

    Let me know!

    Thanks.

Ah, ok. Missed that Aaron message above. So I can do the subdivisions with about 1 hour. If I can add more pictures without breaking the bank then this is a go! Let me know.

    Hi Buddy,

I'll reply to this thread for you - http://www.realestatewebmasters.com/thread37175.html ( Regarding the issue ) - as far as adding subdivision the programmers tell me about 1hr programming.

Yeah - We can do that with the subdivisions ... Not sure about the more images and a slider - I'd imaging that would take more like 5hrs.
