Lightbulb PAS (Wells Fargo) or ?

I'm trying to get in to their broker program. I have been selling REO for 10 years and have a dozen current accounts including a few that keep steady REO listings coming my way.

Maybe we can help each other get into each other's broker programs. In this business it is who you know and contact info is the key to success. Send me a PM if you think we can increase your and my business.

It doesn't have to be PAS but any place that has steady REO in Los Angeles. The large ones should have REO everywhere. I have a few large clients that I'm sure can help you if you are in another state.

    Hi Jon -
PAS is one of our clients... I went to the agent portal and copied the following information for you:

    Q. I am a real estate agent or broker. How can I become a "Premiere" agent?
    A. PAS is not actively recruiting or adding new realty partners in most markets. The agents we typically choose to work with have a minimum 5 years real estate sales experience, with at least 2 years experience managing REO properties. We also ask that agents requesting entry to our network provide us with at least 2 current REO Client references. PAS also requires our listing agents to work with a designated Wells Fargo loan officer to co-market many of our REO listings, i.e., WF yard signs, collateral marketing materials, obtaining pre-qualification letters (whenever possible) on offers that are subject to financing, etc. If you have the required experience and we have a network need, your application will be processed. The application process is as follows: Click on the Broker Procedures menu bar and read our brokers procedures manual. After reading the manual, select the "Acknowledgment Form" which is located on the third page of the brokers procedures, write your email address on the form and sign it. Then fax the acknowledgment form and the other documentation listed on the form to (866) 859-0455 attn "Network Services" or e-mail them to pasagents@mortgage.wellsfargo.com. We will review our agent needs in your geographic area. We will contact you only if we intend to add you to our network. Please do not call for status updates.
