With the new contact form snippets - the email that the contact forms are sent to are pulled from the "Agent Manager" - it will be sent to the email address set for the 'super admin" user.

There is no way to add new email addresses from the snippets. We did this so we would be able to update email addresses in contact forms all in one place and would be not possible to miss updating a contact form snippet when changing email addresses.

I suppose - we could ( with a work order ) make it so that you could select which agents are suppose to get the contact forms .... just an idea.

I'm just getting started with my REW custom site, and this is something I was wondering about, too. My current IDX provider (while they are inferior in many, many ways) have a really great solution for this. They have an administration page for email routing that's very granular in how it allows you to customize the routing. Here's a link.

Forgive Is 'Super User' and its email address set somewhere other than under Lead Management > Agents? There I only see the option to make someone an "Admin."

I want my contact form to direct email to: pk@mypkrealty.com

    Hi Pete,

Looks like you have it all set up. The agent you have "Peter Kiron" is the super admin user and the email address is set to (pk@mypkrealty.com) so contact forms will go to that address.

    Thank you,
