Default www.PhoenixHomes.com - Hello from sunny Arizona

    Hi Everyone,

My name is Matt Pellerin and I am a residential real estate agent and am the webmaster for my own website (www.PhoenixHomes.com) in Paradise Valley, Arizona.

I added a hello last week (and it went a bit wild), but Morgan has since change servers and lost all of my posts and login info.

So, hello again! I am looking forward to learning and sharing what little I have already learned with this group.

I'm sure it is best for all that it was deleted... Although it was a fun read. Definitely popcorn material.

    Hello Matt,

    Welcome to the forum.

Well, it went on in PM as well. It was unfortunate, anyway, I hope you enjoyed the popcorn..

I am sure Webmaster has a backup of all thread, are you planning to restore them? I am sure lots of post are not present.

Morgan, We are waiting. Give us 1 trick. By the way, what was your position in Nigritude Ultramarine?

Actually, that first 'hello' thread got way out of hand and it is a good thing it 'got lost'!

I heard about the contest for'Nigritude Ultramarine' and am curious as well. Where are you in the SERP's on this one Morgan?

"Popcorn" reading, I haven't heard that one before. I guess it means, much like a movie with lots of action and drama?

You bet! I learned how to ski when I was already 21 anbd got bored quick. I used to skateboard empty pools whe growing up, so the day I rented a snowboard (and tried to carry it on the lifts), I was hooked, even with out any instruction what-so-ever, I loved it and picked it up pretty fast. That was when I was 23, and am now 36, so I am jumping, grabbing the board and other small tricks now. Have stopped trying new tricks and focused on my jumps/landings and control when at higher speeds. Even though I have insurance, I am not interested enough to be learning new tricks that could result in a broken bone!

Thanks for the welcome! That was a heck of a fast growing thread though, wasn't it? It's just to bad though, because everything I've read on other forums about Jim M. was good.

We'll let sleeping dogs lay! Let's move on to something productive to help us all make some $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$!

Matt- Thats cool I been boarding for 15 years... I started on a Burton woody with no bindings, just tiny straps.. LOL I guess I'm a little younger I'm 28.. I would have to agree in the broken bone thing.. I knocked my head a rock when i was younger and cracked my skull... I think the new tricks ended that day.. LOL I do love powder... So do you have any favorite places to board?? I would have to say Crestted Butte Colorado is one of my favorites...

Actually I never competed in the Nigritude content, I competed in the "SERPS" contest before it see: http://www.google.com/search?sourcei...=UTF-8&q=serps

I did however help out my friend Zoolander with some links etc for http://www.nigritude-ultramarine.com...ltramarine.asp which was his entry so I suppose I indirectly participated, he has my name on his list as a "dreamteam member" but I didnt do any of the onpage seo for that page
