You are going to have to experiment. Maybe set up a seperate account for the company that is different from your personal one and do the page from that account.

4 times a week will not be problematic in that they will have lots of other activities flowing past them. However 4 times in the morning may be. I am sure I get filtered by a few people, but not many. Don't be a spammer and you should have no problem. The best way to accomplish that is to be on topic, but not sell, sell, sell.

Correct me if I'm wrong but won't they terminate you for creating an acct that isn't a person?

Whenever the blog is updated, the RSS will update the page. I only update the page when the blog is updated. I don't push the stuff in ppls face.
