    Default {signature} in emails

    I have a buyer's agent that gets leads. in her drip campaign if i use the {signature} field does it show her signature or mine? how do i set it up to show hers?

    Also, my buyer's agent logs in and for some reason she is able to modify and delete the drip campaign documents that i created under my login. The category is called "new lead emails."

    Can you make it so she can't change those? She accidentally changed them to say her name when that campaign is for my leads.

    am I misunderstanding how this works?

    If you use the {signature} field it will replace that with the campaign owner's signature - so it will be hers.

    It looks like the New Lead Emails category was owned by Elaine, not you. That's why she could see all e-mails under it. I've changed the ownership to you, so she can't see those e-mails anymore.
