    Default Drop down menus

I'm putting together my lec2 and noticed that only the "listings" button has a drop down menu in the header bar.

Like the templates I have, it looks as though I don't have access to where these links point or to add a drop down menu.

Is this a work order issue or is there a way I can add the drop down menus as I need them?

    Hey, Brett,
The drop-down items under Listings are hardcoded so you'll need a work order to change those. Your Buyers, Sellers, Communities and About buttons will automatically add drop-downs for any subpages they have, however.

Sweet, I thought I was doing something wrong. Thanks Andy, it's all so clear now.

    Ok, new problem.

On my template, each community page was it's own main page and often had sub pages associated with them.

To make the drop down menu work on the LEC2 community page button in the header, each page must be a sub page of the community page. That presents a problem as these pages are now sub pages, they can't have an additional sub page attached to them.

For instance: mainpage/subpage/subpage can't be done.

Am I correct that an existing main page with sub pages can't be switched to a sub page without removing it's own sub pages.

What's the correct architecture for the lec2 to utilize the drop down menu and sub pages?

For instance if I wanted to have County(main)/City/neighborhood?
I know I can link off the page, but it would be a lot simpler to make each neighborhood a sub page of the city which is a sub page of the community.

    Am I missing something here?

    Hey, Brett,
You're right - you can't have sub-pages of your communities sub-pages. If you'd like to keep those communities as main pages you can have us (with a work order) switch that drop-down to use an editable snippet, where you would add links to your (main) communities pages.
    I hope that makes sense.

Thanks for the quick response Morgan!
I'm chomping at the bit to go live with this thing, so for the time being I'm going to use the featured call out snippet to set up the sub sub pages.
