I have an idea in mind and I am looking for feedback and your opinions as professionals.

I would confess that I am in real estate marketing and investing myself. So, the questions I have may seem as solicitation for business to you. Yet I have no intent to violate the rules of this forum. If you believe I am somehow pitching you, please disregard this thread completely.

I am wondering how many of you would find it useful if there was a source(website or blog) where you could go and find practical, straight to the point marketing info regarding your marketing.

My point is, what if there was a "marketing vault" you could turn to anytime you get short of ideas and visions of how to market your real estate business?

I am interested also, what you think about the importance of the following questions:

How important is it to you to know your customers and prospects beliefs and values?

Do you believe knowing these could help you earn their trust?

How many of you have bothered gathering customer opinions on what is important to them in buying or selling a house, and also in working with an agent?

Do you see this as being important to you to know?

How many of you believe that your customers decisions are based on emotion, rather than logic? Do you think this is true?

The reason why I am asking your opinion on the above questions is that this is what me personally, and some of my partners put the emphasis on in our marketing efforts.

To me this is 10 times more important to know than any new SEO or Social Media tricks and tactics.

I am just curious what is your opinion on that...
