moving leads...

If I want to move all the leads in one shot assigned to an agent back to me as the super admin, how is that done?

Go to agent management - select the agent - select leads - click the select all box at the top of the column of names (it is in the light blue bar to the right of "Full Name") - go to bottom of page and click the assign to bar and select superadmin.

Did that, but it will only select the leads displaying on that page. I want to select all 500.

Change the agent settings to display 100 per page. Then go do it 100 at a time. That is going to be the easiest route.

After having set the limit to 100, it still only displays 10!
