Marketing service to post craiglist ads

I have been using a marketing service to post my Craigslist ads. I post over 50 ads a day. You have no idea how well it truly works until you blast 50 properties a day!

I am getting over 15 solid leads a day. I am no longer busy posting ads, I am busy doing my job!!

Are you looking for a service that is convenient, automated and preferably something that requires little work from you:-) Or have you thought about just hiring someone to design your online ad template that you can use to post?

Glad it works good on you. Posting ads are effective way to get advertised, thus,when you exert effort on ads you will also need to exert more efforts accommodating the ads responses. Good thing, that it still works great!

I wrote some custom code for a client that pulls listings from the MLS and creates craigslist ready snippets and then one just copies the code and pastes to craigslist. You can do 40 listings in an hour. The landing page is designed to maximize people searching more listings. That I think is key.

I post on craiglist and get good referrals from it though I am not using any marketing service.
