You should check out www.postlets.com
It allows you to create a postlet(AD) and it then distributes it to multiple websites. You can also copy some HTML code that it generates and paste it into your Craigslist AD. This generates a Craigslist AD that looks very professional and it also includes your pictures and contact information.

We use postyourlistings.com to upload our listings to 22 sites I believe. We are trying to figure out how to maximize Craigslist a little more as I know a lot of people do well with them. The more traffic to our listing the better...and more leads are always welcome!

Are you using manual posting or automated on CL? I have done this before very good it works for wonderfully.
