Hi This is my first time at this website. I'm new in real estate in Florida and I've been trying to research how to have a successful website. Does anyone have any suggestions on getting high rankings and how to keep up with it?

Above refernce point is excellent, you may want to take out 6-8 hours and read this entire forum. This place has great info.
You may also want to check www.webmasterworld.com , This site is the best site on the net for web related and seo.
