    Default Neighborhood idx snippets

I want to display idx listings on a neighborhood level.
After viewing the sample snippet that came with my lec2 I see my options are search by school, zip, subdivision.

Agents are terrible here about putting the proper school and subdivision names into the mls. If I were to use them to make snippets, many of the local listings wouldn't show in the correct areas.

Is there a way I can set up a search snippet using a map geo code?

Possibly - however if possible - it would require a work order.
There is a field called "Map" in the data ... one listing has a value of "805" .... or did you mean the long and lat for the listing creating some type of radius search?

Yeah Aaron, I used to have a wolfnet idx and was able to set up neighborhood searches by zooming in on a google map, extracting the lat and long and inserting it into their map search string.

I'd like to have a snippet that I could do the same with on my rew idx.

By the way, I've had the rew idx up for about 4 days and the difference is incredible.

Cool - glad you are liking the IDX. As far as the geocode solution - That sounds like something we've done before - just post a work order and we get that estimated for you. It'll be likely be me posting the estimate in the work orders - but it's better to keep work order threads and issues separate.

    Thank you,
