There is a significant difference between investing & speculating! When picking an investment based on future markets, this is called speculation! It is the single biggest downfall of any "investor"!

When your investment strategy is based on present markets and you can create a solid profit margin, independent of future markets, this is called Investing! It's the difference between those who last and those who pass. Know your exit strategy before you start and you're always protected and economic fluctuation plays a much smaller role in your business success!
