searchable remarks or tags

Is it possible to create a searchable database system for theCMS 2.5 or maybe have some tags? If there is something now, how/where does one do it?

I am thinking the remarks section at the bottom is where more of the critical easy to find things would be. These are things "wants a victorian" or something that would not be a category item as it would be a rare group. I could then search for the customer once I found a Victorian?

So you are saying you'd like to be able to search the leads notes / remarks / comments. Sure it's possible - Did you want an estimate?

Sure, was not sure that was a feature or not on CMS 2.5? Would it be fairly simple or should I put it in collaboration?

Should be fairly simple to code - less than 5hrs type of thing.
