Hi Mciochon,

Nice site... it was a little slow in opening up, but it may be my computer and browser I'm on right now.

I like that you have featured listings, and good information. The one thing that I see is that there is way to much info on that one pag, a little overwhelming... Maybe break it up in to a few pages.

Put you letters to home sellers on a separate page entirely and maybe have less options for searching on the left side, or divide them up. Just use the highlighted area you wat (i.e. Bellevue Homes, Bennington Homes) as links like you have, and then give the price range options on the next page.

Nice site. I actually disagree with the above post about the home page being too full. I think the information there is just fine and will help you with search engine placement. Maybe it needs to be better formatted so it is easier to read and looks nicer, but other than that I think it's just fine.

I like how you have the links on the left so people can view homes in certain areas by price rage. I like the quick search, IDX Broker is ok but certainly a bit messy for my taste.

As far as the LECs, if you want the best website for your clients then buy one, if you don't care, then your current site may provide with you with some leads to keep you busy. I think the LECs are the best bang for your buck and you can't go wrong with one.

Hi Mciochon,

The site looks very good and I don't think that it needs any changes. You used a very good amount of good text and not place too much images in the site which is a very good thing for a site.
