    Santiago,

    1) There are mixed opinions about dup content. (IMO - I don't put the same version of anything on my site out there on the web, although there are differing opinions about that.

    2) Yes - there are literally thousands of topics you could write about. Reading (and commenting on) other people's blogs & newspapers will give you tons of ideas.

    3) Another topic where mixed opinions are out there. I'd say if it's a blog, you could post all 7 on any given day, and you could schedule those posts to "drip" daily over the course of the week. (That will look more natural than lumping 7 posts per week all in one day.)

    4) Anywhere you like.
    • Guest posts on other people's blogs from your area (suggestion from Morgan & other REW forum members)
    • posts on other free web properties like Hubpages, goarticles, ezinearticles, etc. If you go with that option, just stick with one and post the heck out of it because the more you post to that single site, the more the inter-linking will help with the PR of those posts.
    • Write for other real estate websites around the country & ask for am "author credit" link in return.

    Good luck!

    Thank you for your reply.

First an explaination then a question. When I add new listing, newsleter or a couple other pages to my site, the site map is automatically updated and next time I am crawled, the serach engine sees the new pages.

Question, if the goal of using an onsite blog is to show new content to the site to keep it up in ratings, Do I not get the same benefit because of the new listing pages? each page has a distinct url like .com/listing/details/204/single_family_Home_for_sale Would this take the place of the blog? Also each listing has it's own title and metatag description.

Other question. IS this concidered hi-jacking someone's thread? If so can the moderate move it for me and I appologize.

Another idea is to write a number of high value blog posts that put together form one high value article that you can post elsewhere.
