Lead Management Freezing Up

I am having a problem with the e-mail function of my Lead Managment section of the back-end of my website.

I type a message to a client, then go to click in the middle of the message so that I can add a little more information, and the whole message becomes unclickable, cannot add any more text, cannot do anything with it but send it or close the page. very frustrating.

Have tried this from two different computers now and get the same results.

can someone look into this??

What browser and version are you using, James? I could not reproduce this in IE7, IE8, or Firefox 3.5. I did notice some layout issue with the Email form, which have been fixed now.
Can you confirm that the issue is still present?

It was in IE8 but also had the same issue in Firefox. seemed like a functionality issue. If I just sent the message, then it would unfreeze but corrections could not be made then.

Note - CMS 2.0 does NOT support IE 8 - it's a browser that came out AFTER the CMS - so of course the technology could not anticipate it.
