    Actually single paragraph wont really create any problem But try avoid all these things. And moreover an article the first crawled to be considered as an author of that article.

    Google is taking very seriously this. Duplicate content will decrease your site's ranking, or in some cases Google will remove your site from their search engine.

    If dup content was an issue my site would blow up every time Google goes to index all 13,000 Sarasota and Manatee county listings in my database.
