Immediately I felt like the red box is too large because with my browser stuff I dont get to see much of your page. You only have a few seconds to catch people. I would make your links on top a little large and have more than one featured property. Its clean and simple which is important to grab people. I will continue to look through. Good Luck! Ryan

The white box on the left side is open and too plain. In my opinion you need a catch frase or something to get them to look further. Like Making Millions for hundreds of investors or Hot property of the week....something like this to get people to click further. Hope this helps! Check out my site when you have time and im open to suggestions.

Overall, the site has a nice, clean look to it, but it needs a call to action!

Top right works best & it should be an opt-in form for a free report, or an IDX search panel. That will skyrocket your conversion rate.

I'd recommend making the mls search visible from the home page.

The Red is definately big and bold. Almost too big and bold as it definately commands attention.

Do you have the option of adding an mls search link or table above the "featured properties" section on the right of the page?
