Default Trouble with Lead Manager Email Campaigns

I've set up my Lead Manager to drop certain users into a "buyers" list so that they can receive an email campaign. However, even though the program has added 32 users, so far, to the list, it has only sent out the automatic emails to 2 users. I can't find any obvious difference between the 30 and the 2.

    What is going on?

    Hi Lee,

You are Lee from http://www.leecameronrealtor.com/ correct?

I looked though a bunch of the leads in the "Buyers" group and it appears that they are not getting the emails because they have "Subscribed" set to "No" ....

So ... could be that they choose not to receive updates when they signed up - or could be that some of the forms do not set that value to yes when they sign up.

    I am that Lee, yes

I don't think ANY of my forms even have the option to choose whether or not to subscribe. How do I fix this?

    Hi Lee,
I've fixed it up by making it so that: If someone fills out the contact forms then it will set them to "yes".
Since the only form they are asked this is on the IDX registration form.

Seems that some users had receive updates set blank - I've updated all the users that had receive updates as blank to 'yes'

    Thank you,
    Aaron
