RETS sample sessions?

Does anyone know if there is any documentation with RETS sample sessions available? The documentation from rets.org just states "to be supplied." I've started playing around with developing a client, am running into a problem, and thought that looking at sample sessions would help me.

First Question I have is why would you like to develop your own RETS client, when there are so many open source ones availiable? I have had success with this one http://members.ispwest.com/restagner...mentation.html
There is a sample server out there somewhere. If you want a sample server I know of one PM me if you want more info.

Thanks! I had reasons... but I think I can probably use the client you linked me to.

A question though: When I download image file using that client, they come down corrupted. Have you ever had any problems with that? Any idea why that might be?

Ya I had that problem , with the images being corrupt. Do all of the images come down corrupt? It might be that you need to use java version 1.4.0 ... More info http://members.ispwest.com/restagner...qs.html#AEN165
