Rss issues

Getting an error in G webmaster tools for the blog rss feed now.
Error code is:
URL not allowed
This url is not allowed for a Sitemap at this location. URL: http://www.brettsellshouses.com/blog/Problem detected on: Oct 1, 2009

Over my head, what's going on here?

Hello,

Where in webmaster tools are you seeing that? If you are putting a url for an RSS feed it would be:
http://www.brettsellshouses.com/blog/rss/

You've got just the main blog url posted - so that could be the issue.

In GWT siteconfiguration/sitemaps
On the right hand side of the page is "Show submissions: Mine ‎(1)‎ - All ‎(2)"

"mine" is the sitemap I submitted
"all" contains the sitemap I submitted and /blog/rss

When I click on "/blog/rss" it shows an error for each blog post url.

I hardly know what an rss feed is, but when I look at mine, I don't see what the issue is. It looks fine to me.

Yeah - looks like Google doesn't like that as a sitemap because it's "- it's at a higher level than the Sitemap " ....

I tried submitting: http://www.brettsellshouses.com/blog/rss.php

I'll wait and see what Google thinks of that.
