Hey Ron,

Some quick first impression points...

Overall the site looks clean and professional. I've seen worse, a lot worse... BUT my first impression is - too basic and dated.

The Flash animation header is not bad. It establishes what the site is about and it works. Good choice of artwork.

The intro text is a bit text heavy. I know it helps with the SEO, but I doubt that many visitors will take time to read it. If nothing else, add more artwork to it and break it up into paragraphs.

I would suggest to use a better quality photo. The picture of you is fine but it's overcompressed.

I'm not sure if the "resources" help. There is so much good, up to date info on the interwebs these days, will somebody really go to an agent's website to read about the benefits "rent vs. own"? Again, I know the site needs to content to rank, but I think the content could be more up to date.

I like the short and sweet contact me form. Consider changing the last label Summary of Request - to something friendlier like your question, or your comment.

And a final (technical) note - your site doesn't have <title> tags - only "Fidelity".

Your website has a lot of good info. One of the things I would update would be your profile picture. I like it makes your website look a ittle dated.
