Hi folks,
I need to have a way to delete an agent from the backend. Seems I'm missing a button to do this based on reading some other threads.
Thanks

Hi Benjamin,
I've fixed up the issue so you have a delete button next to the agents now.
Thank you,
Aaron,
I am in a bit of the same fix as Benjamin. Not with needing to delete an agent, but with having an agent that is gone and I still have his drip running, but I changed the signature to a generic one.
My problem is I would like to get all of these leads transfered to other agents. There are 1700 leads. I don't want to have to manually go through and remove Terryls-Buyer Drip group on each and every one. If I just reassign to the agent, the agents are not able to remove his drip.
Ideally, I would just transfer 100 to an agent, tell them to search by Terryls-Buyer Drip Group and to remove his drip and add theirs. However, they can't delete his.
This is creating quite a management problem for me. I have been meaning to deal with this since moving to leadmanager 2.5, but haven't made any head way. I really need a way to manage better when an agent leaves.
Any suggestions?
What are you doing in this regard Benjamin?

Hello Cal
The system was designed to be used differently than you use it. The campaigns groups docs etc for an agent should belong to that agent and be managed by that agent. This way when you delete that agent all their campaigns and such will also be deleted and all their leads will simply get reassigned to the super admin.
One option you have is to delete his campaign and/or groups. This will get all the leads off those drips. Or at the very least you could just disable that drip campaign.
Your other option would be to get a work order so that agents can see all the assigned groups.

Steven,
If I delete the entire group Terryls-Drip and assign in bulk to agents, they will just get mixed in with all the other leads and they will have difficulty finding them and have no way to search them out to put on their own drip or to check and make sure they are on saved search because there will be no Group to search by.
Effectively the leads that were abandoned by this agent and that I am trying to reclaim will just be lost in another agents long list.
I did have a work order for all agents to see all groups and it was completed. The agents just can't delete the drip that was put into place by the other agent that left. If they could problem would be solved. http://www.realestatewebmasters.com/...272915-13.html
In essence, that one change would allow me to:
Bulk send 100 to agent
Agent search for all leads with Terryl Drip
Agent goes into lead and deletes Terryl Drip and adds their own.
It would allow them to do 20 or 30 at a time.
If they edited 30, next time they searched for Terryl Drip, there would be 30 less and when the list was exhausted they could hit me up for 100 more.
This would be the most workable situation - simply allowing them to delete a group from a lead.
I hope I explained that well enough. It seems like it was in the original scope and intent of my troubleshooting the leadmanager 2.5 with Alex to get me functional. That one little correction would get me going.
Thoughts?

Hello Cal
Looks like Alex missed a few things. Can you try having an agent delete a group now? It should work. Sorry about all the confusion.

Hey Steven,
I logged in as Ron and it seems to work and the group disappears, then you go to the bottom of page and submit and the dleted group repopulates the page.
Here is what Ron reported which is exactly the same as I found:
Your instructions were good and it seems simple enough, but it's just not working on this one I tried, I'll try another.. What happens is I click on the x and Terryl's group disappears, I then go to bottom of page and enter edit lead, but when I check it, Terryl's group has been repopulated.
Thanks
