I can not see leads that are assigned to me (agent). I can see the lead if I do search while logged in as myself.

Use the calendar. if you are not seeing leads assigned to you it may because the lead came on a different day.
We have the same issue and using the calendar fixes it for us.

The lead was from yesterday. I typically review the leads by clicking the "This week's leads" option. However, any leads assigned to me to do not show. Seems like a bug.

When you see this issue - are you logged in with the "admin" user?
I think the issue you are having is because you are in "Current Mode" ... ( which will cause it to show only the leads assigned to that admin) .... try clicking "System Mode" - on the bottom right of the screen and see if that works.

I was signed in as Admin and assigned a lead to the user Shane. I logged in as Shane and could not see the lead. When I click System mode when logged in as Shane, I do see the leads. Is this correct?

You should only see the system mode button when loggend in as an admin. If you are logged as an agent the system mode button should not be there.
