Real estate investing clubs?

Hi,
I saw a posting for a free real estate class tonight in Fullerton. When I clicked on the link, it took me to a real estate investing club site. I've been to a few club meetings for other groups, and I've found them generally helpful, but have never committed to going more than once. Has anyone been to this one for weeklyclubs.com? I'm going to post their announcement so you know which one I'm talking about. I'm planning to go unless I hear otherwise. Please let me know what you think and if you're in OC and you're going.

I get this question asked to me ALL the time: "How am I going to Invest if I have no cash"
My response to that Everytime is....
"Learn the basic techniques for doing No Down Investing".

YES... It takes more work!
Yes...... You will need to negotiate with the seller a little!
Yes------You will need to persuade the seller a little
and Yes..... There is BIG MONEY in No Down Techniques.

But you need to learn the tricks.

I've always been interested in going to one but I always seem to think its more of a seminar in disguise instead of an actual club of investors who make money

I'm currently in Corona/Riverside Area, but I'm willing to travel a bit to see what the investment clubs are about

They have an inland empire group. I debated going to that one if I miss tonight. They meet 3rd Thursday of the month at the spaghetti factory in Rancho Cucamonga (looked it up on the site).
