    Default REO websites

Does anyone know of any REO websites that they have had success with?

I Paid $299 for res.net and nothing ever came out of it, 300 bucks down the drain.

I have business on res.net but nothing on reotrans.com

The truth is you will probably never get business from any of these management platforms. You need to apply directly with the asset management companies that use them. They won't hire you if don't use the patform that they use, but they are not going to the platforms to look for agents. They have enough agents contacting them directly. They don't need to go looking for agents.

If you don't know who to apply with read my blog on "How to list Fannie Mae REO's"

    Tom,
If you want business directly from res.net, then you have to sign up to do free bpo's for the at usres.com
This is their asset management division. You do not need to join res.net or pay any money to do the bpo's for free. They are easy to do, but I have paid the $300/yr for 2 years, done over 50 free bpo's and still never been given anything from them.

As I said earlier other Asset Managers use their platform and I wouldn't have business from those companies if I didn't join res.net.
Some advice on all the free bpo's (with them or other companies) don't call screaming you deserve a listing. Just keep doing them, don't kill yourself to do them. If your busy just remind them how many you have done and at this time you have big paid order from another company. Be nice, do good work, be accurate and on time.

One morning you will open your e-mail and their will be a listing or maybe 5!

Thanks for the info and the link.

Although many of the links are outdated, no longer exist.

I will keep my fingers crossed for something to walk through the door

    Thanks

    -Tom
