Here in AZ, which I now know is where you are, it is not. You need to have an IDX solution to offer others listings or direct permission from the agent. Although I think there is a way if you mention the listing company, I am not sure about this though. If no one gives you the info you need, contact AAR, they'll know for sure!

my dad talked to them and i found out about the IDX, and they said they would need to get on my server and set it up themselves, he might have not understood them, do you know anything about this?Originally Posted by Matt0111
My IDX is directly through ARMLS, it is only a link using my MLS ID. But, it works great. Go to http://ArizonaMLS.PhoenixHomes.com or if that doesn't work go to my HP www.PhoenixHomes.com and click on Search The MLS.

ok great ill check those out, thanks guys.
In florida some agents don't mind, with their permission. Their agency name and contact info is also not included. They see it as free advertisement and of course a better chance of their listing being sold faster.
Permission is key.. Better yet is IDX permssion granted LOL![]()

I checked into this before IDX came out and I was told that you cannot advertise another broker's listings without prior approval.
I'm in Arizona but it makes sense that it would apply across the board.
