    Default Commercial Real Estate

Commission on commercial real estate question.

If you are licensed in state x... what are the rules of negotiating a commercial real estate transaction in state y?

Is it like residential where you should just ask for a referral fee?

I would say yes, however the referral fee would be based on how much work you are putting in it, or in other words how much are you involved in negotiations in the other state.

I dont think its same as residential. As Referral free should be higher since it is a commercial property .Moreover as a rule commission percentage for commercial estate is often higher then residential
