Since the action plan I've set up has 3 steps to it over the course of a week. I want to add a button or box to check if the action plan is completed in step 1 or 2 of the action plan.
Let's say agent makes contact with customer and succeeds in our goal completely. I do not want the action plan steps #2 and #3 to still show up in the following days even though the short term follow up for that customer is finished. It's clutter to the agent's LM and will get overwhelming fast (trying to check off boxes for customersr that were really done with the day before or days before).
How much to improve the LM action plan in this manner?
