Just got a call from an agent that I recall in the past sending out spam messages about her "latest listing." (I Unsubscribed from her spam list, like I do from all agent spam lists.)
She called complaining that she couldn't send me any emails.
Hello! Anyone home? What?

I get these all the time even though I'm flagged on our mls to NOT RECEIVE EMAILS!!!

Thankfully it's against our MLS Rules for individual agents to promote their listings via mass email
