Exclamation BofA SS transferred to REOTrans.com???

I currently have a short sale file with BofA. All necessary docs were submitted and a phase 1 negotiator was assigned to my file. As of the other day, I was informed that the file was transferred to REOTrans.com. After going through many lengthy steps and setting up an account, having the file assigned to my account, etc. I find myself sitting here not knowing what to do.
It's obviously a new system and the BofA customer service people don't have a clue as to how to handle or work the new system. If anyone is currently experiencing difficulties with them or is currently working a short sale listing through REOTrans.com, could you please respond. I'm looking to see how long it'll take for REOTrans.com to assign a negotiator since the BofA negotiator no longer has the file in her control.

    Sincerely,
    The Lost Short Sale Agent

I have an account w/ REOTrans and BofA is on that system. It used to be a requirement for all Countrywide assets, which BofA took over. I could try to look up some standard information if you would like? I don't do short sales, but I am familiar enough with the site to navigate around pretty well. Let me know if I can look something up for you, etc.
