I'm a Real Estate/E-commerce web Deisgner. I assist a broker in Washington with all his website needs as well as build Real Estates sites for other agents as well as Brokers sites.

    Thanks Rus!
I'm from your area...went to mesa, then to San Diego state.
Lived in Ocean Beach, and surfed at Garbage beach.
Very good times there and I do miss it.

Why move to Washington? Why move to the Pacific Northwest? I think we visit out here and all the rain waterlogs our brains and we never leave.

hahaha quick pickin on the rain J you love it heh, anyways Derek your knowlege base and questions alike are welcome additions to this forum and we are honored to have you. I started this forum for the same reason, because I build websites and get a lot inquiries from RE types and I wanted to make sure I understood the Ins and outs of generating leads etc so I could produce the best sites possible, to my delight and surprise there happened to be a lot more web savvy agents then I realized so while I am learning about RE presence and teaching SEO, Im also learning RE SEO haha

Anyways man, grab a virtual beer chill for a bit hope you enjoy it and feel free to add a link to your signature to get yourself some link pop
    Cheers

Of course I like the rain, I do live here. I was just offering an explanation as to why be here. Of course it could also have something to do with being able to see the mountains meet the waters and having trees that 13 people can't join hands and be able to reach around.

Hey, i'm in full support of the logging industry. It get's a bad rap. Not like there trying to cut down the four hundred year old trees. Just the hundred year old ones, and there everywhere. Most tree huggers up here, are people who haven't seen how many trees there are up here. they just see the ones close to city centers.
