Default How do you handle referrals?

I would like to primarily focus on prospecting, and refer my leads to more established professionals.
Is this generally handled by completing a form with the leads contact info and referral commission?

Just create a referral form to establish lots of referrals. It should be formal and establishing good impression too.

As to the process of referring a lead to an agent, I find a good candidate, get the referral form signed FIRST, then provide the lead and contact information to the referral agent. It is important to execute these steps in order.
