Absolutely. I think its the key to an organized day. Spend 15 minutes every evening getting your desk cleared off and your to do list for the next day figured out. Start there and you will be amazed at how much you get done

I agree Nick. Sometimes I start my day as early as 4 or 5 am. I get so much more accomplished in the first few hours then I do if I start my day later than 7am.

My best and most productive days are when I get a routine down. It usually involves going over all my tasks the night before and creating a to do list. I wake up and know exactly what I need to do and go ahead and do it.

However, I find it VERY, VERY difficult to string great days like that together. Sometimes I have a great 3 or 4 days but then fall off the wagon. I'm very good at getting 2 or 3 amazing days per week and then my sub-par days are probably well above some of my competitors anyhow so it's not so bad. I can't be superman all of the time.

I use to have one. We have always been checked up my uncle in mental clinic. In my case, I always check my mind if it is functioning.
