Does anyone here include some form of promotion with their marketing in order to convert visitors to warm leads? Like maybe a coupon for a free market analysis or something?

Getting people to the site is one thing... getting them to act is another and I am curious what others do.

Everything that are for free or discounted is a good news but how can you do it now with much worries about these things. Spammers evaded the trust of everyone unless we can be certain on the source.

This is a must to be successful - it's called Direct Response Marketing and it is the number one source for the top marketers in history (and currently as well). DRM works and works well if done correctly. There are lots of DRM gurus out there" Yanik silver, Dan Kennedy, etc. Take a look at Dan's book: No BS Direct Marketing - it's very good.
