It looks to me that Google has indexed my site both with the www and without. Is there a way to make sure Google only indexes the site 1 way?

Which site? This one? http://sjbeachhomes.com/
I'll add a 301 redirect from non www to the www version. Keep all your links consistently pointing to the www version.
Make sure all links are pointed to the www. site and not the other one.
Hey Aaron,
It was the site www.realestateouterbanks.org
I have the 301 tool. Can I use that to correct it?
Is it imperative that I go back and change all the links?

This site realestateouterbanks.org already had the 301 redirect from non www to the www version. So I'm not sure how you found the non www version indexed.
I was using xinureturns.com and noticed, Google has different number of pages indexed for non-www vs www.
That led me to believe it may have both indexed?
Also if I do a site: search in Google it returns different number of pages indexed with both www and non-www. Also in SERP some have the www and some do not.

Hi Kevin,
The questions just got out of my realm of knowledge. I can tell you that both sites have a 301 redirect from the non-www version to the www version implemented.
Thank you,
Aaron,
Thanks for adding the 301. I'll have to do some research on this issue.

Make sure you get access to "google webmaster central" and you can specify your preferred domain in site configuration --> settings in addition to the 301 redirect. You will also want to make sure when you are trying to get links back to your site, to use your preferred structure.
