Hi,
My site was cached regularly by Google. However, my webhost had problems and my site was down for 5 days. Google last cache was on 8/22 and this is what is cached.
Is there anything I can do to encourage them to re-cache my page as it has negatively affected my SERPs results. Or, do I just have to be patient and wait. Thanks.

You can also build a few internal links to your site from other sites this might get the spider into a different part of your site and follow your links back to your homepage
