One of the local Title Companies is offering a HUD 1/GFE Training Class to include free food and of course an obligatory sales pitch.

Well, too many agents signed up to take the free breakfast and training, so the title company had to find a new location to hold the training.

One of the nearby Gun Ranges was kind enough to lend their tactical training classroom to the title company for the event. (While they are at the gun range, I suppose agents might as well get some trigger time too.)
