Jessie - I don't know if it's brave or not. We actually talked about it today and have decided that we will continue to contact our unsubscribes by phone as we have saved tons of them. Many unsubscribe without realizing what they are unsubscribing. Once we call them we have been able to save many.
With that said, we are going to start deleting, and we don't have many in there right now, our unsubscribes. We don't worry about sending an email to them as they are all opted out of our system and we couldn't send them any emails. We are going to spend some time this year cleaning our database. Now that we are really able to get into our leads with real knowledge of their activity, it allows me more comfort in getting rid of stuff!
Greg - I used to have closing coordinators but when the market started slowing down, my Agents wanted to do this themselves and save the $100-$200 they were paying per transaction. We are going to wait until after first quarter to decide what I add for more staff. If our sales increase to my goal of at least 3 per Agent, then I will need to discuss it with my Agents.
Personally I always had an assistant when I sold property as I knew that the more time I spent on doing paperwork and emailing my leads their Thank you letters and first list of properties the less time I was actually out generating revenues.
