    Default snippet code ?

why is this page/snippet returning properties over $417k?

I'm using this line of code in the snippet
    $_REQUEST['maximum_price'] = 417000; (I'm getting $1 million dollar properties in my results??)

Did you resolve this issue? I went to page 8 of the results and the highest list price was $417,000 .... seems to be working as expected.

The snippet will still show all the price range links, regardless of the min / max price you have set in the snippet.

    Thank you,

It doesn't appear that snippet has any min/max price set.

thats my point if there are no listings in that price range the snippet code seems to eliminate the price ranges that don't exist. Yet in the url I originally posted I put a max price of $417k for listings I want displayed on that page and price ranges are displayed above that. If all price ranges are displayed by default that is one thing and I've been told I can put in work order to change that behavior but there shouldn't be results >$417k if I specified a max price of $417k.

Ok, I think I get the behavior now basically if any specific arguments are set in the snippet the price tables need to be turned off because the arguments explicitly set in the snippet code get overidden.

Bottom line is that I need to break LA down into more specific neighborhoods, doing things at a city level is too broad and there are to many listings. I'm actually working on this as we speak.
